What does the cultural offer actually look like in a dystopia? A last living group of humans put on a play about mankind's futile attempts.
About the project:
The short film "Wasted" (original title: "Vertagt") visualizes the end-time scenario of mankind, which has not achieved its climate goals. What could our future look like - if human life still exists? And above all: How will we react to our mistakes looking back today? Today's climate summits are already a historical relic, a classic play of the past. Missing their actual task, their former existence only serves to amuse a few survivors. In the dystopia, this climate theater becomes fodder for satire.
